Embodied Permission is the bundle of conscious movement practices, nervous system recovery, physiology and anatomy, right left brain communication.
Un-armouring of the heart and deep body tissue. Quantum teachings of living and leading life as moving meditation through life.
We play on purpose, we allow joy and ease to be our inner compass needle, we follow effortless forcelessness. We stay with what is tight until it loosen its grip, with what is narrow until it widens – these are a few of the branches in Embodied Permission.

It is the unlearning and returning to why we are here.
We give embodied permission to support that purpose. It always begins in the body. Embodied Permission is the invitation in.

It took a pandemic and a breaking open to the true call of what desired to move through a body – notes, writings and a one and half year long journey before bringing anything to the world that has not been lived and practiced is now here – ripe and ready – to be experienced with the world….

WE ARE BEING CALLED HOMEWARD.

THAT WHICH WE LONG FOR WAITS FOR US TO ENTER IT.

THAT WHICH MEETS US AT THE THRESHOLD IS LOVE DRAPED IN THE DISGUISE OF DOUBT, FEAR, SECOND GUESSING, HESITATION, OVERWHELM – ALL GAVE US A SORT OF VALIDATION, A FALSE BELONGING,

WE CLEAR THEM AND ENTER INTO NEW LANDS OF PLAYFUL ACTION.
WE WILL DO IT WITH EASE. WITH PLAY AND PLEASURE WITH-IN A DEEP BODY KNOWING.

WE MOVE
WE SET INTENTIONS
WE GET BEHIND IT WITH OUR CERTAINTY
WE BREATHE
WE OPEN
WE ALLOW
WE RECEIVE

EVERYTHING THAT YOU “GOT DONE” WILL SUBTLY SHIFT TO “LET HAPPEN”.

NOW WE RELAX OPEN TO CROSS INTO THE REAL YOU AND I.
