Through embodied presence in motion we will play with listen – trust – follow. Moving in both stillness and sound we will slow down to enhance our listening in order to trust – our inter(fear)ence is cleared for us to follow the path of effortlessness. Simply said we make our playfulness visible and the surroundings will move accordingly.

We will play with the concept of desire – dissolve – decide. Once we voice our desires – with body, in words, when writing all we have to do is get out of our own way and all is available to us. We re(a)l-ease that which makes our heArt beat free from its frame.
