In the sacred heart of winter. Be soothed by Mother Earth as she rests through her dormant months.
Spend five days and four long, magical nights tucked away in the quiet cold of the Arctic, allowing yourself to be enveloped by the mysteries of darkness and dancing light.

THE RETREAT
Drawing from the natural surrounding beauty of the Arctic, we will experience conscious movement, embodied writing, meditation, and play to explore and expand the relationship to our creativity.
Snug and warm, together we will connect with ourselves and each other allowing that which is dormant within us – our inwardness – to be nourished.
The darkness hold the seeds that are ready to be birthed back into the light and in the moist, fertile soil of the dark new creative, playful life force readies in ease.

We discover the Wisdom in Moments of feeling stuck​. We widen for the free flow of the conscious stream constantly moving through us and as us.
We will be nested in the arms of community as a small intimate group for you to receive individual guidance, mesmerised by the mystic of the Arctic and return home with rituals to form and inform your creative everyday practice.
