In Private Sessions Camilla meets your body where it is. It is about what your heart longs for. Your body’s need bubbling to surface and refinding balance below and beyond the surface of your skin.
We move to feel, feel to heal and by making use of the tools you walk out and into your everyday with dance as the hidden language of the soul is what you do every time your feet lift and re-connect to the ground beneath us.
Camilla is a Nia® Black Belt Teacher and Lifestyle & Wellbeing Educator and Soul Motion® Foundations Teacher.
She has an education in Qi Gong, the Biyun method, a Chinese healing method with more than 5000 years old roots. She brings 30 years of experience in teaching and movement. With an interesting life story she is an inspirational lady to be around. Read more about Camilla and her story

Gain confidence and trust in your body, your mind, the emotions sometimes pulling us into the wild current and still listen to spirit. The body becomes so to speak your best friend rather than one we forget to listen to. Listen, hear that?
Camilla has helped people in and outside Denmark with challenges such as Parkinson disease, autism, stress release, sustaining weight loss, physical compensations led to injuries, recovery after spinal disc prolapse.
She is also leading and guiding other movement teachers to embodied presence as a continuous motivation to show up as we are.
Through personal guidance and change in the way we move Camilla can achieve results that rippled far off of the dance floor.
Private session is an integrated part in the Mastering of Self Training.
MOS is a six Month program focusing on self discovery in movement, joy and life.
1:1 sessions with Camilla is either done live or online
