Nia is a mixture of explosive, powerful moves from Tae Kwon Do, the soft and expressive from Modern and Jazz dance and from Yoga, silent and body awareness.
A class where both body, thoughts and nerves are moved
Balance, power, focus, breath and consciousness are all words characterizing Nia, who all begins from Nia’s ground principle – Joy of Movement.
