“Heart Talks”

We go through life inspired by eachother, our children, our beloved, our friends, a book, an aunt, a teacher, our job… all relationships we use to grow and come one step closer to the voice inside that wishes to, dream about or long for that something…

“Heart talks in motion” is one of those nights where you are invited to step one step closer yourself and through story telling to be inspired to create room for you and your soul – all part of your Mastery of Self journey.

Camilla Steen Larsen the owner and creator of Be moved – movement · joy · life – a beautiful movement space in the heart of Copenhagen – shares her story about daring to take the jump and through fierce devotion, brave choices and dedicated practice to keep going, also when the going gets tough.
Opening and creating a community for new conscious movement forms in Denmark about riding the waves of doubt, fear, shame when only one one or nobody shows up for class…

“Heart talks in motion” will be nights where you are invited to come as you are in your unveiled self…
We will be silent togehter and in movement together.
Most of all we will just be inspired in knowing that we are never alone – the one next to us have had the same struggles, same strengths, same trials, same triumphs as me.
What’s imortant is the gifts that you carry in to relationship. YOU are important, you are needed.

Heart talks is a part of your Mastery of Self journey.
Every heart talk will have a topic, this night’s topic being coming together…
