You are invited for conscious dance nights in a field of deep soundscapes and souls in motion. With equal attention and without preference we will send our attention in all directions.

From here, to near, to there we are invited in – a hearth of belonging – we give embodied permission to be all that we are – one heart beat at a time.

Conscious dance is a way to come one step closer ourselves. As we pray and play, seeing and are seen by one another our heartistry is being moved.

We come together three Fridays in Helsinki – 11.11.22 will be a Ritual special.
 

Heart Beat are Friday opening nights of the Embodied Permission One Day Workshops held the Saturdays after our coming together Helsinki.

Fridays are free if joining us for the One Day.
(for spontaneous registration for One Days your Friday will be deducted the workshop fee)
