As part of the Loveolution Camilla has started, desiring for us to show up in our not so polished selves and meet one another with open arms to our hearts.

We began by calling these Monday classes Loveolutions – but they called for a form and we present to you DanceSOMAtics class.

· DanceSOMAtics is embodied presence in movement – through the body we follow ourselves home.

· DanceSOMAtics is an exploratory container lovingly held by Camilla blending inspirations from various movement forms.

· DanceSOMAtics is conscious movement and dance we give embodied permission through pleasure and play.

We both work with DanceSOMAtics FORM

We condition the right and left brain through simple choreography, steps and stances.

Our adaptability is enhanced when our bodies know the shifts between different textures, qualities, speeds and levels.

As well as DanceSOMAtics FREEDOM

We practice lowering our attention – dropping down from the tower of thought and widening for that which desires to move.

We show up and say yes to what comes. We listen in the entirety of our bodies and create a wide view of awareness – seeing ourselves, others and the world from 360° point of view.

Every class has a focus and intent – a point of view – something we can discover and uncover together and alone.

Sensation is simply energy requiring movement.
