Rest, be, move, meditate, and eat delicious food and be some more.

Program:
Every morning we begin with a Mindful Movement Class. We sit in stillness 30 mins to class begins (optional)
Every afternoon Movement as Meditation workshop.
During the day you have time to rest, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and do exactly what your heart desires.
