Nia Intro Class
30 minute introduction to Nia. We go through the classical steps and basic ideas in Nia Technique. This class is for the new Nian and for those who wish to clear up their form.
Nia Intro is not a must to begin your Nia practice, you can join in any class of the week for a free trial class.

YogaStretch is a dynamic form of yoga. Some movements are combined with the music and some are done as traditional yoga exercises where asanas are longer held.
The focus is on intrinsic muscles. Breath is a core part of this class.
YogaStretch concludes with a relaxation, and you will walk away with the feeling of well-being, body awareness and new energy for your day.
